Business Flights Travel provides Business Class flight planning, fare comparison, and booking coordination services for departures from the United States to international destinations. We act as a travel planning intermediary between you and airlines; we are not an airline and do not operate flights.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and communications.
• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes related to travel planning.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s security, integrity, or availability, or access any area of the site without authorization.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests.

Quote requests submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed booking or a guarantee of availability or price. All flight options, fares, schedules, and seat availability are subject to change until a ticket is issued by the operating airline. Prices displayed on the Offers page are sample “starting from” examples for planning purposes only.

A booking is confirmed only after you approve a specific itinerary and complete the applicable payment process, and the airline issues a ticket. You will receive documentation of the confirmed itinerary, including ticket numbers where applicable. Please review all traveler names, dates, and routing carefully before confirmation; corrections after ticketing may incur airline fees.

Payment terms, methods, and currency are communicated at the time of booking. Tickets are issued only after full payment is received and verified. Any taxes, carrier-imposed fees, and applicable surcharges are additional to base fares unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellation, change, and refund conditions are governed by the fare rules of the ticketed airline and the specific fare purchased. Some Business Class fares are flexible; others are restricted or non-refundable. We will clearly communicate the applicable rules before you confirm. Change or cancellation requests may be subject to airline fees plus any applicable service fees.

Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routing, or service elements without notice. While we assist with rebooking and disruption support, Business Flights Travel is not responsible for airline operational decisions, delays, cancellations, or service variations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Flights Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or travel disruptions arising from airline actions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid to us for the related transaction.

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all content (including third-party airline information) is complete and current. Travel documentation, visa, and health-entry requirements are the traveler’s responsibility to verify.

All content on this website — including the Business Flights Travel name, logo, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Business Flights Travel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
